DAVID-WEST, MAYNE, Snr. [ Principal ]
Mayne’s experience began in 1977 as a graduate engineer on National Service with Ondo State Housing Corporation and then as assistant engineer with Etteh Aro & Partners (1978). With Etteh Aro & Partners he has been involved in various projects ranging from soil investigations, erosion control works, marine structures, building and road structures.

Mayne, co-founder of Pearl Consultants, controls, co-ordinates and sees through the different stages of planning, design, construction and commissioning of all major projects.

ETTEH, ETTE [ Principal Consultant ]
Etteh’s experience spans 3 years, as a junior engineer (1964) with Messrs. Ove-Arup and Partners where he rose to senior engineer (1970). Co-founder and principal partner, Etteh Aro and Partners, he has been involved in design and management of well over 1000km of road projects and also co-ordinated and managed several building and drainage projects across the length and breadth of this country. He has remained the principal Consultant to the Firm.

IBOROMA NATHANIEL [ Principal Engineer ]
Iboroma graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria (1977) and did his National Youth Service with G. Cappa on the construction of the Stock Exchange House and First Bank Head Quarter, all in Lagos. After his pupilage with the Rivers State Ministry of Works and Housing, he jointed and worked with M/S Enoch George Associate (a reputable geotechnical consultants) for a period of over six years. He joined Etteh Aro and Partners in 1987. Iboroma has been involved with geotechnics, supervision and contract management of various projects notably Abam – George – Kalio Ama Road/Bridges, Alakiri Gas Plant and New Finima Town which cover various civil and structural works. He has also been involved in the design of several roads and structural foundations.
