The firm of PEARL CONSULTANTS was set up in the year 1987 by well experienced civil and structural engineers with varying areas of specialization primarily for the design, contract management and construction supervision of civil/structural engineering works.
The Firm collaborates with HEWSON CONSULTING ENGINEERS LIMITED of the United Kingdom, leading experts in bridge engineering and also maintains an interactive co-operation and common resource pool with ETTEH ARO & PARTNERS, a highly reputable and perhaps the most resourceful indigenous engineering consulting firm in the country. The co-operation has seen both firms through several landmark projects, some of which are mentioned in the pages ahead.
PEARL Engineers have over the years provided such services as the design and construction supervision of roads, interchanges, river bridges, marine structures, shore protection works, building structures, rig-platforms etc. for government (Federal & State), government agencies like Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), National Fertilizer Company of Nigeria (NAFCON), Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and multi-national Oil Companies like Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) and ELF Petroleum Nig. Ltd.
Our long and extensive engineering practice in the Niger Delta region has afforded us the opportunity to be very conversant with the terrain and logistics of road construction and acquire the necessary experience and skill to work in the region.
